Refund policy

Beta phase

During the beta phase NormAPI is free of charge — no payments are made, so there is nothing to refund.

Paid plans

Paid plans run monthly and can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing month; fees already paid for the current month are not refunded pro rata on cancellation.

For the first charge of a newly subscribed plan: if the service is not what you expected, we refund the full amount on request within 14 days of the first charge — informally, no justification required.

Processing

Payment is processed by our payment provider Paddle acting as merchant of record; refunds are paid out via Paddle to the original payment method. Send requests to kontakt@normapi.de — the invoice or receipt number is enough. Statutory rights remain unaffected; the offering is directed exclusively at businesses (B2B).
