BT-111Invoice total VAT amount in accounting currency

The VAT amount converted into the VAT accounting currency (BT-6) — required as soon as BT-6 is set. A currency on its own states no amount: without BT-111 it stays open how much tax is owed in that currency. The value sits in a second cac:TaxTotal without a cac:TaxSubtotal, carrying the accounting currency as currencyID.
