Once a delivery address (BG-15) is transmitted, it must contain the post code (BT-78) — the counterpart of BR-DE-10 for the city.

Das Element "Deliver to post code" (BT-78) muss übermittelt werden, wenn die Gruppe "DELIVER TO ADDRESS" (BG-15) übermittelt wird.
Why it happens
As with BR-DE-10, a partially filled group; the two findings almost always appear together.
How to fix it
Add the post code in BT-78 (cbc:PostalZone in UBL, ram:PostcodeCode under the delivery address in CII) — or omit group BG-15.
