An Invoice shall have an Invoice issue date (BT-2).
Why it happens
Usually a format problem rather than a missing value: the date must be a plain date with no time component. A timestamp is rejected.
How to fix it
Send BT-2 as YYYY-MM-DD. In CII the format attribute 102 must be given as well.
